Diversified accounting and finance experience as a Certified Public Accountant and in private industry. Experience in public accounting included being an audit partner in national and local CPA firms. The service provided included accounting, management advisory services, tax planning, preparation and representation, litigation support, business valuations and business software implementation planning, installation and training. Experience in private industry included positions as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior VP of Finance. The clients and/or employers for which services were provided included small start-ups and local, regional and national companies. Industries included: home and commercial development and construction, land development, condominium associations, real property mangers, real estate sales offices, airline, home and commercial leasing, banking, municipal, lodging, restaurant, medical, architecture, engineering, legal, wholesale, retail, manufacturing and leisure entertainment. In 2003, led the firm to become, one of the certified public accounting firms, approved as a NetSuite "certified Consultant". This NetSuite certified consultant status authorizes the firm to install and service the web based back-end accounting, front-end sales and marketing and web store business system. Additionally, Mr. Ullman is experienced in use of QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting systems. In 1997, he directed the firm to become one of the first companies in the United States to be trained and licensed to provide the new CPA WebTrust(sm) Seal of Assurance and related Internet services. This license now allows the firm to offer all of the migrating services that have grown from the initial WebTrust services.
